How would you like to go watch a movie and have dinner on us?

Sounds nice, right? Well, we are trying to make sure our customer service is right on, and we need your help.

How does it work?
Simply fill out the sign-up form and select the day you would like to visit one of our locations. You will receive a confirmation number and a Mystery Shopper Form via email. Then head to the movies and make sure that you keep your report low, the key is to be a SECRET SHOPPER!

How much can I spend?
You can spend as much as you want and we will reimburse you up to $25 dollars. Your reimbursement will come in the form of a gift card and can be used at any Cinema Cafe. Please note that reimburstment is for food and beverage only. We can not reimburse for ticket admission(s) or taxes.

What are we looking for?
Did you find all of our staff to be friendly and helpful?
Were the expectations on the shopper report met?

How often can I do this?
You are allowed to visit as often as you’d like but you can only be a secret shopper once per month.

If you get selected, we'll send you all the information you need via email.
